'90 Accord, won't go into gear

I'm about to buy a 1990 Honda Accord from a family friend for a cheap price, the only problem is that it won't go into gears 1, 3, and 5. 2 and 4 are fine but it can't be driven without the others. Any idea on what part needs replacing and/or where to find it?

chk the linkages ,,,,,if you can get to some gears but not others .........and looks like the gears where the shifter is on the up position you cannot get but when down position you can
