Unhappy 91 Accord Dashlights + runninglights problem

When I turn on my lights the dashboard lights do not come on nor do my rear running lights.
After awhile they will come on. I tried the fuses, and the dimmer. When i fiddle with the light switch (rotating back and forth between the parking lights and the running lights mode on the column) they come on.
Is that a tricky fix?
I assume it's a faulty switch at the column. I'm not sure how difficult it is to replace, assuming that is the problem.
Thanks Jim and whoever

Fuses?
I don't know the wiring for 1991, but check in the DIY section for a sticky thread about repair manuals.

Yeah, what you added about wiggling the switch really makes it sound like a bad switch.

The switch #14 looks like it's not too hard to swap out. Not sure what it takes to remove the steering column plastic trim covers. That switch is kinda pricey, so I don't know if it's worthwhile to try dismantling it???
