When you make first attempt to start in morning, turn keyswitch to On and listen for fuel pump. It should come on for 2-3 secs and go off at same time, Check Engine Light goes off. Radio and fan off to listen carefully for fuel pump in fuel tank.

If you don't hear the fuel pump, then either ignition switch problem or faulty fuel pump are likely.

If you hear fuel pump, then ignition fault is likely; coil, or ignitor. Check Honda Acura Starting Problems Repair Guide, Main Relay Locations for additional guidance.

Alternatively or to confirm ignition or fuel, a start test when no-start condition is present, is to spray 5-10 secs of throttle body cleaner or starter fluid into air intake at air filter housing. If car starts briefly, then ignition is good and fuel delivery is problem (fuel pump or main fuel relay). If car fails to start, coil or ignitor are likely.

Read posting rules/procedures and don't append a new problem to an old thread.

good luck
