I noticed this morning that I can start my car up but can't take it out of park. I use the Switch Locking to put my car in nuetral then I'm able to shift to drive. I checked my fuses and noticed my SRS was blown I replace that then was able to take my car out of park only for the issue to come back once I parked, could it be some wiring issues?

 

Do you hear a "click" in the center console when you press the brake to shift?

If no, the shift lock solenoid might be stuck/frozen/failed or the switch on the brake pedal is misaligned or bad.

 

I don't hear a click in the console, but could the solenoid be the reason why my SRS fuse keeps blowing?

 

I honestly have no clue why that fuse keeps blowing...
