Default 94 Accord EX and replacing Oil Pan/ gasket

I am thinking about doing this myself and was wondering how big of a job this is? The gasket is my main concern to stop the leaking...

I see several drops of motor oil on my garage floor each morning and it looks like it is dripping from the oil pan to the transmission case.

Does the exhaust manifold have to be removed and if so what parts will I need? Will the nuts come off easily without breaking?

I think a cross member also has to be removed?

Any tips would be appreciated! I don't like to see oil leaking from my car! The engine has 162000 miles on it and still looks new from the top (I clean it often).

Thank you,

Michael
