94 Accord Radiator Fan Running
Radiator Fan runs continuously until car is started or battery cable is removed. If I start the car and then turn if off the radiator fan comes on (Even after 5-10 seconds while the engine is cold. The fan is not even running while the car is running). If I turn the key back to an "on" position (to where the radio comes on) the fan stops. But when I turn the ignition back and remove the key the fan comes back on. If I disconnect the battery cable for about 5 seconds and reconnect then it stops and doesn't restart. The thermostat is brand new and there are a couple of relays/switches that I guess could be involved. I'm a little stumped and don't wanna pay honda service for something simple. I waited as much as 25 minutes the other day and the fan was still running.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm not real good at this, so I would need a good guess as to what part is bad and help with locating the sensor/switch/whatever it may be under the hood.

your fan timer should run the fan if the temp exceeds 223 degrees for about 15 minutes. if it running longer than that, your fan timer might be bad, the relay might be bad, or there might be a faulty connection somewhere.
