ok when hit exactly 2000 rpm my car always makes a stalling errrr noise. If i shoot passed it i hardly hear it, but if im cruising and it steadily approaches 2000 rpm, it makes the noise. anyone have the same problem? any help is appreciated

 

Is the engine actually sputtering or stalling? Or do you think the sound is coming somewhere else? What is the year are we talking about?

Do the revs drop on the tach?

 

i don't know if this is your problem but it sure sounds like it............there is a bulletin # 94-041 it is for exh buzz 1800-2200 rpms,,,,where they tell you to replace the gaskets , bolts and nuts for the exh mid pipe


gasket ,, you need 2 ..... part # 18229-SV4-003
exh flange bolts you need 2 ,, part # 18231-SPO-000
self locking nuts you need 4 ,, part # 90115-659-003

Again .. not sure if this is the noise you are having,, I would have to listen to it to properly identify it..
