95 Accord Starting Issues

Update: did some soldering, didn't work, car continued to not start. Bought a brand new relay, also didn't work. I also took the remote start out, any other ideas?

Your D4 light is flashing, so check for transmission codes. The common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum has a link for checking for CEL codes. The procedure is identical for D4 (transmission) codes, except you count the flashes on the D4 light. Post the codes(s) that are flashed by the D4 and CEL lights. Identify the light flashing the code, because each light has a different list of codes.

As I said before, the d4 light just flashes consistently until I shut the code off, so unless there is a code for this, I don't believe it is flashing a code.

As stated above you need to figure the codes out. If you don't know how or understand it you might need to take it to a mechanic. Read the pic below. The D4 light only blinks when there is an issue and the amount of blinks will translate to a code so you can troubleshoot.

Did you short the service connector to actually read codes?
