Default 98 accord always stalling

hello HAF, I have accord 98, 4cylinders, auto trans. Two days ago when i start it, after some seconds it looses power but if i hold onto the the gas pedal, the power is restore. I have not use the car for 10days now. I am thinking that is the cause. This problems always repeat itself each time i start the car where i parked it. Please help me to find out the cause of this problems. Probably the plugs, fuel Injector or fuel filter. I love honda cars

so let me get this correct. if you let off the pedal at all, the car will stall out? do you have a "check engine" light on? i'm thinking you have an IAC valve malfunction or it may be gummed up with carbon. keeping your foot on the gas also tells me you may have a big vacuum leak. i'm glad you love honda cars

if i let off the pedal it doesn't stall sometimes it will work fine. But on restart it will be difficult. All electrical system all working normal. The check engine light has been on since last year i did some work on the exhaust tube but this stalling didn't occur then until now. What do you suggest i do. I hope to see the mechanics this week

first you need to find out what is triggering the check engine light, get the codes and report back.
