Not sure, but I found the IACV and I'm not sure I'm going to attempt to clean it. It's pretty nasty.

Default Success!!!

Thank you all for the help. The idle air control valve was the culprit. We have normal starting idle of about 1100-1200 rpm at cold start leveling off to 750rpm at operating temp. I changed the oil again, and it's looks more normal. First time forgot to change the filter, so there was still some contaminated oil in the mix. I'm also working on flushing the cooling system. I did a physical flush where you cut the inlet hose and put a flushing "T" while running the car. Definitely forced some more crap out. Now I'm running Prestone's chemical flush for 3 days. No overheating, runs good. I had to unexpectedly replace the alternator that was causing a noise the seller said was "just the Accord sound". Right. So it now has the same issue when I first got it. Low idle vibration which I have or will start another post for. Anyway, I'm pretty much a happy camper. The car I bought in Sept, can now be driven!
