Default 99 Accord High voltage

Okay this seems a little too coincidental. I replaced the stereo in the car and it worked fine for a while, I started the car no problem. Then I went on a short drive and all the lights on the dash came on. Then they went off and the lights on the car started to flicker. Then about an hour later all the lights came on and stayed on.

When I got home I checked the voltage from the alternator and as it revs it keeps going up. I'm assuming the voltage regulator is toast. Now could it be my wiring. It is a pioneer deck and I originally checked user groups for the wiring. The only wire I was not sure of was for the dimmer which was an orange wire. I tried to fins a fuse for the radio but couldn't.
