Question 99 Honda Accord EX Need Tranny HELP!!!!

I have a 99 Honda Accord EX 2.3L BAXA Trans. Just did a complete trans rebuild myself and a friend, replaced all fibers and steels, gaskets, seals, and o-rings, (new) converter and filter. Had all foward and reverse gears before rebuild. (((((((Now all I have is 1st gear no reverse, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th!!!! No upshift..))))) Reason for rebuild was because of shifting problems... upon takeing it apart found worn fiber and burnt steels. Cleaned all parts in a clean enviorment and lubed all parts before reinstalling new parts. Added Honda fluid to (new) converter . Got 6qts in it and it shows its full...... NEED HELP PLZ

The overhaul says 7.6 quarts total, so are you checking when the engine is not running (that is the proper way on an Accord)?

Other than that, I don't have any good suggestions, because I have never rebuilt a transmission.

First fill fluid to proper capacity, low fluid will result in no operation.
Second check theese:
