Default Brake pressure

My rotors need to be replaced, so purchased new rotors and an impact screw drivers, but after removing the tire, realized that my break line was leaking, but did not notice a tear or crack in the brake cable, but did notice that one of my brake pads managed to slip out.

Anyways, could not remove the rotors, the job seems to require more than just an impact screw driver, there is also a hub or something covering the rotor.

Finally, after releasing the bleed screw the drum went back in, but still no brake pressure on that side. The brake fluid level is staying steady also, so it can't be a broken or leaking hose?

What is causing no pressure on my brakes, if the brake fluid is steady and not leaking?

The right side seems to be working fine. Also, there is a new clicking noise that wasn't there before.

Thanks,
