If you can do a factory reset try it. If it doesn't work then send it back because it's defective.

I connected the dash camera to a USB charger and it actually works. I did a reset and format again the sd card but when I connect to the cable in the car, it just do the same as before, so I think the problem is related to the work the mechanic did
Does anyone know where is located the fuse box? And how to access to it?

 

You should of done a reset on the device setting it back to factory. Are you saying the mirror power is coming from the accessory port?

 

it looks like it connected to the accessory port. I will go to talk with the mechanic today. I did a factory reset but with no luck
