A/C - Not Consistently Cold
However, I'm not sure what the air-blend door looks like, or is that something that's not actually visible?
Thanks,
Robert
The cable adjustment for the water valve cable end which is in the vehicle and the blend door I believe you get from the passenger side after you remove a small cover that snaps on. It is below the center of the dash or the right side of the center console area.
Just found mine, let me see if I can help you with yours. Lower left of the glovebox about where the console (need my kids to teach me the camera and to post pic's) meets the glove box there is a black "cover" with a small window in it where you can actually see some levers and a cable. There is a single "push pin plastic thing" holding the cover. Remove slowly and you should see it. Move the **** from hot to cold to be sure you see movement, if so "you found it". Hope that helps. Thanks to everyone else one mine...

1) I reached 100,000 miles today! I feel this is a big accomplishment, being this has been a weekend car for many years.
2) Both fans are turning when the A/C is on.
3) I found the box discussed above - I could see the device pivoting when I turned the temperature ****.
4) The A/C was cool - not cold - when I first when out this afternoon. I left the car in the sun for about 1 hour. As usual, the cool air dissappered when I used the A/C again. This has happened for a while now. Usually, the air would become cool after about 1/2 on the road. Now, this doesn't happen.
What is the next step? I would think a pressure test, and replacement of the refrigerant.
Thanks,
Robert

Thanks again,
Robert
The tech tested the system, and found the pressure was low. No leaks were found.
He recharged the system with R-134A, and now the A/C is working again. This comes just when it's needed, as its' been hot the last couple of days.
Thanks for everybody's help.
