Default A/C problem

I have a 95 Accord with a V6. My Ac compressor went out last summer. I had it replaced with a new dryer, the system flushed and recharged. It didn't cool. Technician found a bad expansion valve. Replaced it. Would not cool. Replaced faulty expansion vale and still will not cool. Cleaned out the condenser and replaced the heater control valve and still will only cool car if you drive it for 10-15 miles at 60 mph.
Can someone tell me the factory specs as far as the amount of oil, the amount of freon and the high and low pressure on this system. I'm going to let him work on it one more time, but I want to make sure he is using the right charges and pressures.
I suspect too much oil and not enough freon, but have no way to determine that. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

A frequent suspect is "too much oil". This is unlikely, but just barely possible. W/o pressures it's just a guess.

I suggest you seek help elsewhere. Your technician has already demonstrated his lack of understanding. Don't waste further money w/ this guy.

Anyone who can repair the car will know how to charge.

good luck
