Hiya everyone,
New guy here and need some help. My 1996 Accord is getting water from the A/C on the front carpet. Sounds like the drain valves are clogged...my question is where are the valves located and a best method to clear them?
Thanks in advance,
Larry

This should go in General Tech, so I'll move it.

At the very bottom of the ventilation system, there should be a hose going into the firewall. From underneath the car, it comes out at the bottom of the firewall, maybe hidden by the steering rack. Anyway, squeeze & flex that hose & see if that works the clog free. Be careful it doesn't blurp out onto your face...

If that doesn't work, poke something into that tube, like a weed-trimmer string. That's sorta soft & flexible, better than metal wire which might pierce the hose...

Another method I've used before. I've used a shop vac on the end of the tube before....be sure you have it set up for water

Again, just another idea. I've used the method Jim described as well.
