Default Cold cranking amps? 07 accord 4 cyl

2007 accord 4 cyl automatic 55 k miles
What is the recommended Cold Cranking amps?
I have been having mysterious starting issues:
every 50 or so starts, turn to crank it--- dash lights all come on like supposed to but nothing when I crank it, flick key back do it again and she cranks and starts. ( all battery terminals and wires have been checked and rechecked for corrosion/loose). The battery checks out as OK with a load test, could it be the cold crank amps are just barely enough? This happens at all temperatures: winter, summer, etc.
Battery:
CCA at O degress: 450 at 32 degees 560 , it's the stock sized battery for the car, new 9 months ago.

Could it be it's just barely enough "oomph" to turn the starter over?
I just can't believe at 55 k miles this car needs a starter.

doesnt sound like a battery issue, starter contacts could be bad.

You checked the battery cables? What about the OTHER END of each of those cables?
