condensor and cooling fan not coming on. 2000 v6 Accord

Sorry about mis-reading your other post yesterday, on that other site....anyway.
From what I saw in the manual there are four fuses, two inside #3-7.5A and #6-15A. Two under the hood, #57 and #58 both 20A. I know you said you checked but want to be sure you got all of them. Have you checked for voltage at the connector going to the fan motor(s), or verify the motor(s) are good?

update... i finally just went to the junk yard and bought two fans. i got lucky and found two that were brand new. it looked like they replaced their fans and it didnt work so they straight wired them. i put those in and they worked! kinda strange how both had taken a $#!+ at the same time unless one had already gone out and i just didnt notice because the other was doin the job until it died.
