I work late nights as a security guard in a not real great part of town.
I have a 2000 Accord with over 100k on it.
I would like to change out some of the electrical components early to lessen the likelihood of my breaking down while on duty.

Any thoughts on which components would be good to replace?

To keep the car running well, you just need to do routine maintenance.

Is this a 4-cylinder or V6? What maintenance have you done on your car?

Has the timing belt been changed?

 

The car battery is something I usually change before it dies.
