Default electrical problem???? (not the starting issue)

driving normally this afternoon, suddenly my ABS light came on then off,i hear a clicking noise by my glove compartment area and my radio would turn off then on,so does my radar and my speedometer/tachometer would shutdown then come back on(all at the same time). the car does not stall but this would go on till i turn the car off. but then, it would start back again with no problem, then i drive for a few blocks and it would start the same issue again. any thoughts on why its doing that?? early last year it did the same thing(somewhat similar) but i found out that my battery cable was loose.not today though, everything was tight and i'm not sure what to look for. thanks

Check the OTHER ends of the battery cables for corrosion/loose/dirt or something like that.

Also, check & see if you can make this happen by wiggling the key.
