Engine Choking 3500-4000 rpm
Hello, Name is Max.
So here is my problem... The car starts perfect on dime. idles perfect no engine shake nothing like I mean prime. I rev the engine to around 3500-4000 rpms the engine then produces to choke it self out until i let off the accelerator. i can maintain around 3000 rpms but the engine will only hold this for 30-40 seconds before i start to notice a little bit of hesitation. I can let off the accelerator the car will drop down to around 200-300 rpms and almost die but then regains perfect idle. A couple of time the engine lost power and shut off, after letting off the accelerator. the car is currently unable to drive. The check engine light has come on several times but all with generic codes that really don't pinpoint down anything in particular. I currently can not trip any codes.

Haven't come back since first reset.
So far I have checked the EGR, Map sensor, MAF, Spark plugs, exhaust, system. I don't think its the ECU normally the car wouldn't even start and it would trip code. Faulty fuel pump? can the intake screen get clogged? I know there is no inline fuel filter. I am going to start checking out more of the ignition system tomorrow. the car does have 273,000 KM on it the
