I can get a junk yard one from a pull it yourself place temporary till I can get some headers. It has to be inside there I can't figure anything else out. Is there a big gasket that goes in between the manifold and a pipe? Like the ones I put around my midpipe? Cause I noticed it leaking a tiny bit the other day when I started it up cold with the Hood up. Maby ill try replacing that gasket first before pulling a new A pipe from the junk yard

Looks like a couple metal O-rings right there, like my Integra.

Exhaust leak way up front can sound really different than a leak further back, so good idea to rule out a bad gasket.

Did your DC headers include the down pipe to the mid pipe? Or how far did it go? And about how much did that run u? Maby that's a easier option

The DC header included the A-pipe, their version was NOT pipe-in-pipe like OEM, and it bolted up directly to the cat just like OEM. That was a 95 Integra GSR, and probably 10 years ago. If I could dig up the cost, its probably so out-of-date that it doesn't matter.

I found a set of stainless Megan headers. Don't know the brand name but its 200$ for headers and a pipe and all new gaskets. I might do that instead of trying to get a new OEM pipe from the junk yard
