Default hard to start/high idle

Hi
i have 87 accord with carb,
and the car has a high idle around 2k till it gets warm, than its about 1.2k
and also the car is hard to start when it sits for a couple days or its cold outside
i really have to work the gas pedal to persuade it to start
to fix this, i have replaced plugs, wires, cap/rotor, tried several bottles of fuel cleaner,
fuel filters, i think thats about all
thanks
matt

i havent yet, i have taken the air cleaner off and found the adjustment screws, i think there were 2, but didnt want to adjust until i was sure the problem could be there
i was hoping it was something non carb related,

I would adjust that carb instead of just waiting around, try your own thing and if it dont work then get yo-self a wrench to square it away...
