Headlight problems

Default Headlight problems
my driver side headlight of my 2004 honda accord EX, does not work on low beam of course it works onhigh beam.. I thought changing thebulb would help but sadly, i was wrong. i am completely open to suggestion as i have absolutely none on hand.

i am thinking the next thing to check is the fuse,onlyproblem is ihave no idea where itis.

PLEASE HELP....

There's fuse boxes under the hood and on both sides of the dash (you can see them with the doors open). Headlight fuses are probably under the hood.

and dont rule out the possibility that you changed the wrong bulb too.
