Hi, I need help lowering the idle on my 98 accord lx. It used to have a turbo but i removed it and it still idles at 2k even when it is warmed up. There is one vacuum hose that is open and another thing that connects to the air intake box? I dont have the box so for now I jut left a tube from the intercooler so it would go near the battery.

Here are some pictures.

get a universal filter for the breather its like a mini intake cone, find out where the vacuum hose attaches, put your finger over the tube to stop airflow is there a change in idle? have you reset the ecu by pulling the battery for a while, i had a car with a supercharger and the ecu automatically raised the idle once it sensed extra air being pushed into the intake, that may take care of the idling
