losing power when i turn

I found that the problem back in may was just a lose positive battery cable.. .I'm tighten it up..n it stop for good!! But now months later its back!! And the cablesare tight this time!! So I'm back stuck again...can someone please give me a new idea!?

How about the OTHER end of each battery cable?

this can be a possible reason, try to lose it or buy a new belt? or check the oil of the steering sometimes it clogs. does it lose power if it just idle and tried to steer it?
