My a/c and cooling fan stay on while car is on all the time.

I went to my wrecker and found one in great shape so I'm going to replace it later today. I don't think the one currently on my car is fixable cause I think they are pulled out mostly but I got a new one for $2 awesome lol now just to deal with my rough or hard to start when it's hot issue
