Default Is my clutch going out?

I have a 1997 Accord EX 4 cyl sedan with 135K. Im not sure if my clutch is going or not. Some days the clutch pressure seems somewhat stiff and at other times especially after driving in city trafic not so much. I drive mostly highway and when I get off at my exit the pressure seems solid. Could it be a simple thing as just changing the fluid out? I looked at it the other day and it looked pretty dirty. Thanks for any opinions.

Is it making any funny noises?

I guess I'd change clutch fluid as the first thing to check. If it feels like excessive friction in the pedal, don't forget to check the hinge pivots on the clutch pedal itself. Carpeting moving around & binding up where the clutch shaft goes through the firewall?

No it does not make any funny noises, nor does it slip in any gear although it doesn't "grab" as hard as it could either. I guess I will change the fluid as a start and see it that doesn't help at all. Thanks for the help!
