Did you have a Check Engine Light or have/had trouble codes?

Also, what lead to changing the sensors, trouble codes?

We REALLY prefer to get the actual error code numbers. Just saying "O2 sensor" it can be something like 8 different error codes that can mean different things. The code numbers are in the form of P1234 - or whatever numbers they are.

So it's a 2004 4-cyl but is it California or 49-state car? Coupe or 4-door? Automatic or manual trans.?

Is it still having the P0341 trouble code and the symptoms of idling really bad, etc.?

A damaged or stretched chain will set the P0341 trouble code. Infrequent oil changes, etc. can cause the chain to wear quickly.
