Oil Pan Gasket
Yeah it was all together, one big piece. Im actually going to check the ground on it, even make a ground wire just to test it, maybe it has bad ground, ill post some pictures up in a bit to see if it goes how I have it set up cause you can tell the previous owner messed with it.
I followed the ground wire from inside the assembly to the pin that leads to the outside connector and turns out the problem was the ground. I guess the assembly grew tired of the old ground so once I hooked it up to the ground I use for my amplifiers just to test it.
Although it only rose to 1/4 in about a 2 minutes but I didnt want to waste gas so I turned it off, hopefully it rises more on the way to the gym since I did put $20 yesterday.

I know, I've been doing that but I am the type of person that likes evrything working or else it bugs them. lol

This didnt help, just left it stuck at 1/4. The search continues
Okay, so it did work after all but I re-cut the wires from the ground and scraped the paint off with a dremel then screwed the ground onto the frame with a screw and a nut. FIN end of story :P
