So I found the problem, one of those hoses from number 19 seems to have a small crack half way. Got under the car and saw it. Going to the auto parts to get a new one thanks for the help guys. GREAT FORUM and GREAT PEOPLE you all rock!

Exclamation

Hey guys sorry to bother again, so I have another problem my Rpms keep jumping when the car is in P or N. I've read countless threads about cleaning the ICV and all the vacuum tubes but still no fix.

After I cleaned the ICV and putting the ECU fuse back in I started the car and it steadied at like 3000 RPMs but then started jumping again. With out the ICV it jumped just a tiny bit... So my question is can it be the ICV thats bad? Or are those not symptoms of an ICV.

PS: Please don't tell me to use the search bar I did for a whole day lol

Oh and also there is oil in one pf the 4 spark plugs don't know if that helps -__-

oil in spark plug holes is unrelated to the idle condition. have you bled your cooling system since you messed with the IACV? air gets trapped in there and it doesnt work correctly. also what about your fast idle thermal valve?

Can that just be dirty as well? Or does it just go bad? and is it easy to take off?
