Overheating issue

I think that your radiator is clogged. When you originally drained the coolant, was it brown in color or have a lot of particles in it?

No brown, nice green color like it should be. Ran through it fine when I flushed it and the lower radiator hose has plenty of coolant in it.

I think I figured out my own problem here.

All I did was un-jumper the thermoswitch and all of a sudden the lower hose is warm and the thermostat kicked on.

If I would have known going into this whole thing that there is basically a manual fan switch in the car (AC switch) I wouldn't of ever jumpered the damn thing. So now all I have to do is wait for my new thermostat housing to get here with thermoswitch and we should be good as gold!
