Well I feel like an Idiot I trusted what the Sears mechanic said that it was not a battery issue. I had my neighbor load test the battery and it is a bad battery. Well i went down there with the battery printout and the manager said yes it is the battery but it takes longer than 1 hour and 15 minutes to put a battery in. There was nobody there but the manager and no other cars.

 

I KNOW i completely agree with you... sears sucks xx xxxxx, i paid 250 bucks for them to recharge AND find a leak.... turns out 2 days later the A/C on my 96 accord didnt work again.... lazy xxx workers

 

I think it all depends on the individual store, no matter which chain it is. Some have real sharp workers, some ..uh.. not so much. I wouldn't say ALL branches of any chain are either good or bad.
