PLEASE! I NEED 94 Accord Speedometer VSS HELP!

The part is the differential assembly. Behind the final driven gear is the differential carrier (which are both parts of the differential assembly).
The VSS gear shaft most likely turns with the differential carrier side gear (highlighted in yellow).

Hey Redbull, Thanks for chiming in! That is definitely the culprit! Now, the question is: What caused that gear to become dislodged from it's mooring, and is it something I should consider repairing, or just find meself a good used tranny and swap out?
This forum rocks. Thanks fellas!

There may have been an issue with the differential bearing to cause it.
Is the differential gear damaged (e.g., teeth broken, etc.)? -- I didn't read this whole thread. :P
If the issue was due to the differential bearing and/or outer bearing race, those can be replaced.
But, if the differential carrier gear is broken, it would be harder to find just the differential carrier. Probably would have to be used. Honda doesn't sell it anymore, they use to only sell the whole differential carrier and not the gears that were part of it.
Depending on what the underlying issue is (e.g., differential bearing) and what may or may not have been damaged (e.g., differential gear), a used whole good transmission may be more cost effective (if you can find one for a good price) and easier to replace.

Trans. Fluid Procedure?
I will be picking up a JDM used transmission this weekend, and wondered if I should just fill it with new fluid, or do a 3x's flush? What is the capacity of the Accord 4 cyl. auto tranny when empty?
THANKS!
THANKS!

F22B Transmission cooler lines
Can anyone tell me which line is the transmission cooler inlet (and which is outlet) on my 94 F22B auto trans. I want to flush the tranny cooler before I install trans, and have been told to back flush.
Thanks,
Joe
Thanks,
Joe
