If the frame is going up the wheels will eventually go up as well. You have to wait for the suspension to reach its limit.

Go to a service place and pay for them to do the oil / filter change while you watch.
Tell 'em up front 'I need to watch, so I know how it's done.' If they don't agree, drive to next place.

In my neck of woods this will run $25 - 40.
