If you are referring to the little dust boot ( cup shaped) on the outer tie rod end, you will need to replace the end, which requires removal as TexasHonda described.

The outer boot is number 16, the inner bellows is number 11

Hello,

I really hope this thread isn't dead, but I'm looking for a replacement for the "bellows" for my 97 accord 4 cyl 2.2L. I'm pretty sure I need #12 and #11, for both front sides. Does anyone know of a good place to purchase those? I've found some pretty generic ones on Amazon, but I'm not sure if they're any good.

Any Honda parts outlet; online or local can supply the OEM boots. I've found rubber products from Honda are superior to aftermarket and considering the fairly substantial effort to replace the dust boot, you want highest quality.

good luck

^This, +1.

For bellows, dealership is much cheaper compared to boots you'll find on amazon/ebay and all. Plus, size of the boot can be a real pain. If you get from dealership, it'll be an exact size. Ask me, how I know it?

Try to buy boots from eHonda and pick it up from your local dealer(Honda and Acura online store: One stop shop for Genuine Parts and Accessories) or as TH has suggested.
