Spark, injector pulse, fuel pressure, correct timing and no start...?
Mr. '66 Chevelle owner, you are the bomb.
That ground was slightly loose.
Tightened it and fixed.
I cannot compliment you highly enough.
This car had so many problems and you have solved the final one.
You sir, are the bomb.
May I inquire as to where you got that diagram from?

Well first, glad the issue (fingers crossed) is resolved....and BTW, most of us were reading all along, better to have one or two give ideas as to not to confuse things. I just wanted to give a bit more detail to what others had posted
Second, for the record and my Dad.....the Chevelle is really his. Yes he gave it to me (ok I paid $1 on paper), I have the title and that but it is the first new car he (and Mom) ever bought, so all he would have to do is ask/hint and I'd ship it back to him tomorrow...it is a family car, I just have it now...Love you Mom and Dad
PM coming soon on the last.
EDIT: Sorry, my pleasure to have been of some help.

That WAS the last remaining problem!
The ground WAS loose. I put my multimeter up to it and the fuel pressure audibly came back. Several times. I touched it and it wiggled.
I will not complain about the car owner here.
I love Honda's and one garage I worked at specialized in them.
Professionally, I have not turned wrenches in some time but due to the economy, I just got hired back at a Euro-garage in Tennessee.
THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED!
What EIGHT Honda techs (at Trickett Honda in superscumbag Madison,TN) couldn't do in TEN days we did here together!
Honestly, there should be a fee system.
No way I could put all the tests up here that I did and many repeatedly but if anyone really wants to push the point, I will try. I have a lot of documentation to work off of.
Now, this cheap bastard needs to pay me to get his car back. The cheap bastard owners seem to always be the hard ones to get their cars right...
And, hey I'll double your money on that '66 any day... Dream car of mine...
