Damm i love this forum, makes me wanna buy a honda now although i never had a thing for them honda's. 113 bux in napa for lifetime warrenty on starter. Why waste money on rebuilding . I would change those valve gaskets for him if i knew how to. I didnt learn that soo far in college, still a freshmen. My own nissan truck throws white smoke all the time, cant exactly tell if something is up with my truck or not because i see everyone's car throwing white smoke. Only when the weather gets better i will know. Anyways, Thanks for all of your support everyone. New starter should be in by tomorrow and get that car running on the road.
Happy holidays everyone!

Happy holidays everyone!
Cause having a started rebuilt cost around $35.

I had mine rebuilt over 1.5 years ago and still works perfect.

$35 < $113

The owner of the car got one today itself for 97 i think, i threw it in and it started nicely. Got a problem later, had a loose connection to that pin which made it crank slow and at one point did not start again. Now that i spent 20 mins on putting the pin in properly and made sure all bolt were tight cleaned up battery connections. Its ready to roll. Sadly car has 0 ML of anti freeze, so i asked him to get anti freeze before starting to drive his car around. Once again, thankyou everyone .. i really appreciate your help.
P.S worked on a honda for the first time and hated how everything is soo jamm packed, but hey work is work for me! Cheers!

Find the leak.......of course you know that. Honda's also don't like air in the coolant, they come with a bleeder.....if the idle starts "bouncing" from normal to ~1500.....you prob have trapped air....
