Hello I have a 1993 Honda accord EX and have been going through starting problems. I changed the battery, also spark plugs. It has a mind of it's own when turning on sometimes it does other times I have to take off my air filter spray some starter fluid then it's running. Im guessing it's a fuel problem. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

 

when you turn the key to start the car, does the starter spin the engine the normal rate and the engine doesn't fire up (run on its own - the point where you release the key)? Or is nothing happening when you turn the key to start the car?
