Default Timing belt advice

Hello.

I would like to know what parts i need to replace ? My Accord is near 200,000 kilometers (severe conditions - i'm living in Québec) and it's time to change the timing belt (second time).
Do i need to change the Timing Belt Tensioner and the Balance Shaft Tensioner (idler pulley) ? Water pump ? All the seals that come with Timing belt kit ?

Thanks to all.

I would definitely change the water pump.

I would only replace the seals that are leaking oil. If there is a balance shaft seal retaining plate available for your car, I would definitely install that. That is probably a dealer only item.

I would guess that the two tension bearings should be ok. I am not sure what severe conditions will do to those bearings at ~125K miles. It certainly won't hurt to change them. They run around $40 each IIRC.
