How many miles are on the car? You might want to call the Honda dealership to see if they can find the service records in their system.

The valve cover needs to be removed to remove the upper timing belt cover. When inspecting the belt, it may look fine, but may be past due for a change.

If you can not find out when the TB was replaced, then replace it now to ensure that your engine doesn't sustain damage if the belt would break.
