Also, they did not put a new crusher in.

A light brown, I'd think about having another drain and fill done in the near future.

Yes, it should be red. I would do another drain and fill in the near future. It's hard to say how many drain and fills you need without actually seeing the old fluid, or how much crud was on the magnet. Brown doesn't sound good enough though.

Its the Pennzoil 10 minute oil change. They are very fast in doing it. Not sure how good though.

They said they would do Transmission oil that I bring from Honda so I went to Honda to do this an they charged me $74.86 with exterior car wash and inspections. Is this a rip-off?

Also, they did not put a new crusher in.

There really isn't much to changing transmission fluid. Google RsnD8hAU and that video shows how to do it.

If you aren't comfortable doing this, get the crush washer for the drain plug and 3 qts of the Honda fluid and have the oil change place do it.

Where can I do this myself? I don't have the equipment and the tools to do it.

If you don't have the tools to do it, buy the transmission fluid and the crush washer(s). Call around a few shops to see what they would charge to do this if you bring your own fluid and washers.

One place normally would charge $45 but its with Penzoil Oil. They would do it if I brought Honda oil and crush washer. I don't think Walmart would do it?
