What suspension components should I be looking at?

I also added better braking to what I would like. I wouldn't be ordering anything for a month so I would like to make a list of what I should do and then narrow down what fits into my price range now and then leave the rest to get later depending what money I earn in the summer.

based on adivce of suspension wheels tires, i was looking at this

Wheels - Kosei K1 TS

Tires - Sumitomo HTR Z III

To be honest I don't know how to tell a good brand from bad one so I could use some guidance

As for suspension I know nothing of what I should be looking for. TireRack has 2 coil over sets: Eibach Pro-Street-S Coil-Over and H&R Street-Perf. Other than a difference of a fraction of an inch in adjustable height I'm not sure the difference other than $500 in price. If one is definitely better than the other I don't mind paying more but I would just need to know why.

Is bigger better for sway bars? I see most people are setting up with TL-S front and rear sway bars which are 20/27 mm. H&R is selling 22/28 mm rear/front sway bars...

The balance between front-to-rear roll stiffness influences the transition between understeer & oversteer. But the roll stiffness at each end depends on the springs as well as the anti-roll bars. Suspension dynamics comes from all the hardware together as a system. If the rear springs are stiffer, then you need a less-stiff anti-roll bar to get the same roll-stiffness.

H&R probably chose those anti-roll bars to go along with a particular set of springs?
