I don't think there is one on the 90 accord. Just turn the key to the II position (don't start the car). Count the flashes on the LED of the ECU under the driver's seat.
The tegger site that is linked in one of the stickies at the top of the gen tech forum has information on how to get obd codes for most accords. It is in a pdf that you can download from that site.

pull the carpet back on pass floorboard, you should see the top of ecu, turn key on, count the flashes
or
rt side under dash, blue plug , could be behind the rt side kick panel and wrapped in blue tape, jump the plug, turn key on, cound the blinks
