Default cold air

I'm putting in an AFE dry filter for my 05 v6 accord hybrid. I'd like to do a cold air intake but it's to find with this being a hybrid.

It has a v6 just like any other 2005-07 accord. The cold air intake could give a few more hp and torque. The intake is also less restrictive as far as air flow. So Instead of 255 hp maybe i would get 265 and 33 mpg. I also going to get e3 spark plugs.

Pleased be advised that it is highly unlikely the changes you've outline will improve the power even a little bit and physically impossible for them to improve fuel economy.

You'd be better off chipping your ECU and tuning for economy

Please be advised thast OBD-II engines are virtually impossible to tune with any lasting affects. The OP is driving a late model Accord hybrid, and my bet is that there are exactly zero options for changing the performance of his car, regardless of whether we're talking power or economy.

OH I didn't notice the hybrid part. Is it still a K-series in the hybrid?
EDIT: Whoops it's a J-series. Pretty much out of luck there. The K-Pro might have worked.
The problem would be open-loop vs closed-loop either way, though.
