Default The Dreaded Exhaust Buzz(Solution Inside)

This is a service bulletin from honda about the Exhaust system buzz in 94+ 5th generation accords... Didnt know whether to put in here or DIY... Mods can sticky and move to appropriate section...

To fix the issue more than likely you will need to replace the 6 or 8 inch section of exhaust mid pipe. Honda calls it the exhaust buzz kit.
Here is the bulletin:

Here is the parts information:
Exhaust mid-pipe fastener kit:
Part Number: 18010-SV4-305, H/C 5027362
(Kit contains two gaskets, four flange bolts,
four springs, and four self-locking nuts.)

Its either the heatshield is loose, or that the parts in that mid section are worn out... Try tightening the heatshield first, if it still happens, try the kit... If your test pipe replaces the midpipe, then it probably will fix the prob...
