well rotors and brakes are something that can be done yourself and save ALOT of money, I recommanded going to the DIY and learngin yourself its a great skill to have. But timing belt is timing belt, unless you plan to buy a new motor i recomand you let honda replace it for you, also look for coupons for timing belt changes near your honda dealer, I got one yesturday i think i might take them up on it.
