I have a 96 accord lx. I was changing the plugs and wires the other day and i noticed oil on the 3rd cylinder spark plug. There was oil dripping from it. Then yesterday i was driving and noticed a small knocking noise. You can only hear it when you accelerate slow. My oil is never low or dirty. Not really sure what to do. I was thinking V-tec engine swap if gets worse.

 

Have you thought about replacing the valve cover gasket and tube seals. Oil getting into the tube around the plug can cause issues.
