Hello, the issue is no turn signals, but the hazzards work. I have replace bulbs, fuses are not blown and checked for continuity. Flasher relay has been replaced. Multi function column switch replaced. Still no turn signsls- nothing. But the hazzards work and all lights function. Please help!

 

Most likely the hazard light switch needs replaced. You can pull the switch and test for continuity to verify.

You may be able to open up that switch and clean the contacts if corrosion built up and is not making good contact.
